I do not accept more than 1 commission per slot , in other words you cannot request that I make you 2 or more models at once! this burns me out quickly. If you want to commission me for two models you will have to wait for another slot to open in the future.

Do not rush me, I will do my best to keep you updated on progress but please do not set a deadline as it causes bad stress that can make it harder to work (however please remind me cause sometimes I forget!)

I am allowed to say no to a commission/reject a commission I know I will be unable to do or that I am uncomfortable with doing. I do not have to give a reason to this either.

You cannot request a full refund once the avatar reaches the finished texturing stage, you can only request a partial refund ( half of the price paid) and you will receive the files but you are not allowed to ask me for edits or more unless I am paid for it.(My process works differently with each model, however my usual process is model-texture-rigging-testing)

There is a limit to changes, you can get up to 4 changes until you have to pay for the rest of the changes
(for base models:5$ extra, for from scratch models:10$ extra)

Once a pay to use model is purchased you cannot request a refund, all sales are final.

Upon receiving the files to your (from scratch) commission you are allowed to do ALMOST anything with it, I am no longer responsible for what you do with it .you are allowed to:
-edit
-add things
-port it to games
-Upload avi to other's accounts
-Make public
-give the files outyou cannot:
-resell files
-use parts from the model in commissions
-sell parts of the model
(you can get permission depending on what the price is but you have to ask me first)Things in the above "cannot" section can be discussed , scroll down to find "commercial use TOS" section.

Any and all additions added after the agreed design,toggles, outfits is paid for or has an been paid half upfront will be counted as an addition and will have the price of said object added to the original price as well ( aka if you add a toggle or feature last minute it will need to be paid for)

-make your own edits
-send it to a friend to upload ( ONLY ONE PERSON, they must delete the files once its done)
-upload avatar to someone who has bought the files to the original base model
DONTS:
-upload to another person's account
-redistribute/give the files to others without the intention of uploading
-resell files or make commissions with said files

Revisions/fixes policy:
-You get 4 free fixes
-anymore fixes after the 4 free fixes are 10$ each
This is to avoid stress as well as be properly compensated for the edits I make.
What counts as fixes?
-fixing proportions
-fixing large portions or even nitpicky parts of a texture
-remodeling parts

example: azreal from @esbellesantosdespite being a popular character in the hazbin hotel fandom, this is an oc not an official design!Unless you have permission from the creator ( I NEED SCREENSHOTS! and a link to the profile of said person so I can confirm for myself) Then I refuse to make avatars of a creator's oc just because its a popular design .-----------------

Important Information!

  • -I cannot read your mind, when commissioning me PLEASE be sure to tell me everything youd want in the commission, including small things as well

  • -If Given a ref of your character I will assume you want me to model the design as it is including proportions. If you wish for it to be a texture comm or different form the ref let me know

  • -I have memory issues so please let me know when I miss something

  • -A front facing reference is REQUIRED. It can be T posing or A posing , I dont mind either

  • (back and side refs are optional)

  • -I am allowed to refuse service to anyone if I feel uncomfortable with the request or person, I am not required to give a reason

  • -The base price covers lip sync,phys bones,textures,uploads and gogoloco

  • -The base price for base models covers lip sync, pre-set facial expressions,uploads,gogoloco

  • -My unity packages requires vrcfury to function!

  • -I dont weight shoulders so you'll have to manually add them in the configure mode

  • -Overly Complicated designs are more likely to be rejected when considering commissions

  • Refund policy:

  • -you can request a partial refund at the modeling stage, past the texturing stage ( as in once its completed) there are no refunds.

  • -Once the commission is completed you can no longer get a refund even if you "dont connect with it" if you want to resell the model or sell the model in any way you have to purchase the commercial rights to it.
