TERMS OF SERVICE

By Having a transaction of any kind with me, you are agreeing to my TOS, meaning if the TOS is broken, you are not entitled to a full refund.If this TOS is broken, you will be blacklisted from any shop, server, or space that I hold.If you would like clarification on why these rules are set in place, so you feel more comfortable working with me, I am perfectly fine with explaining; however, I will not change my Terms of Service unless I deem it necessary to do so.

I will not accept deadlines, if you wish to have an ETA or deadline please do not commission me.

I will only accept one model per commission slot.

By default, all commissions are personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.

You must have legal rights or permissions to the character you commission
You must provide proof of permission to commission said character from the creator themself. This can be recorded or a screenshot of said consent.
(This does not include IP items such as Rainbow Dash, Sans, etc, I am specifically talking about original characters/OCs)

I will not accept commissions from people associated with the act of ripping in any way, including support of servers, groups or even friends that actively rip or support ripping.

All sales are final upon completion. If a commission is completed, you are not entitled to a refund.

I hold the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including personal. I am not entitled to give said reasoning to anyone.

If I am treated poorly, rudely, or harshly, I have the right to reject a commission or cancel a commission.

Upon agreement of payment, if anything is added onto the commission afterwards it will require an add-on fee, which can range from 5$-10$+ depending on the complexity of the item. This will be added on top of the item's price.

If given a tip that equates to over 50$ is given I will require it to be paid after said commission is completed to avoid scams.

Revisions policyEach client is entitled to 5 free revisions. If you exceed this amount, each revision will be 5$ per edit.This includes significant proportional editing, nitpicking specified details, editing textures, adding details not previously specified, and more. You will be warned when you have reached the limit.

*you may not use/edit my work unless its a piece you have commissioned
*my work is not allowed to be used/edited in a discriminatory way
*Usage of my work for profit without the proper agreement and payment is not allowed
*I have the right to revoke commercial rights if a user has broken any of my terms of service
*Depending on the violation you are given 15 days to fix the transgression before your rights to the work are revoked

What is a ripper?
A ripper is a person/User who rips the files of independant creators with the intent of either personal use or public use. This user will avoid paying for said models or taking private models that are not being sold from the creators. This can be spreading the files, Posting them, Porting them to games publicly without consent, or reselling the files. This is the equivalent of an art thief.
The ripper community is also known for rampant issues of enabling Grooming, harrassment,doxxing, and exposing children to sexual content.Ripping from mainstream games (halo,overwatch,LOL,etc) is different and isnt as problematic.

  • I am a disabled artist, my disabilities make it difficult for me to work consistently.

  • When commissioning me please understand that my TOS and boundaries are based around

  • To deal with my ADHD I often will work on projects outside of commissions alongside commissions as a way to keep myself motivated. If the idea of this upsets you please avoid commissioning me.

  • I have joint related issues that cause my wrists and fingers to experience stiffness and joint pain, this may hinder my ability to work if either my braces or my pain medications do not work. Using my braces while working also makes it difficult so I may take breaks here and there.

  • I do my best to avoid my issues affecting my work however I am cautious as stress can cause joint pain, seizures and depressive episodes so If I need to take a break I will let clients know immediately through announcements.

  • I have a hard time with my memory so reminders are always appreciated! Please be sure that if you notice something missing such as details, toggles, etc that you inform me immediately!

  • Due to the long wait time I may add free items here and there! Suggestions are appreciated to give ideas on what to add however its not guaranteed they will be added! Do not expect free items for every instance, its only if I know I am capable of doing so as well as if it wont effect other commissioners too much!

  • Please be open with everything you would like on the commission! Even if you think it would raise the price, I am willing to work on budgets as long as you're willing to communicate with me! <3

  • A T pose or A post symmetrical ref is required for me to work on your commission, if your reference is not complete then I will be unable to start your commission.

  • If given a ref I will assume that everything on the ref will be apart of the model/is being requested unless told otherwise

  • I may edit proportions through sketch refs so I can translate the design into a 3d space easier as well as to fit my style

  • I no longer do unity packages due to issues with the packages ( I use vrcfury + blender files instead of fbx)

  • The files will be given to you upon completion of the model.

  • You will receive textures, fbx and blend files.

  • Phys bones will not be added too close to or attached to hands, as it is difficult with the contacts.

  • Refund policy

  • -You are entitled to a partial refund if the base model is yet to be completed. After the base model is completed, you will only receive a refund for any items not already modeled.

  • (outfits, props, rendered textures, etc)

  • -If requesting a full refund after completion of the under base or commission itself you will not receive the files for said work as it is unpaid for. Small parts of the model may be used for personal models to make up for the lack of proper compensation for the time spent working on it.

  • -Please do not commission me if you are dealing with financial hardship, put your needs first as your health and well being is more important than art.

  • -I may reject future commissions from clients who request refunds due to how it is handled by said person, as well as the reason for it. These are not threats or meant to attack said person; it is for my comfort.
